While the Superhero Starter Set program will address most people's needs and be a great start, an individualized program would be the ultimate choice. Designing your own program, even for those who know what they are doing, can be very difficult. So let me, Alan Barch design it for you. I have successfully designed hundreds of programs for athletes all of which were unique. It would be great if there were a one size fits all program, but that simply is not the case. Each person is unique and thus requires a unique program. Lets get started!

Step #2: I then will send you a form that I need you to fill out to make your specific program.  The form will include your short and longterm training goals, any injury history, what equipment/facility you may or may not have access to, and how much time you will have to train.    I want to leave no stone unturned so that I can help you out as much as possible.

Step #3: You will receive individualized programming dealing with the all important dynamic warm up, Olympic weightlifting technique and progressions, lean mass gains, huge strength gains, sprint and plyometrics, agility, diet, recovery and rehabilitation.  I not only want you to reach your goals, but I also want you to learn as much as you can during this process.

  • I also will supply you with a thorough diet plan.  Diet is very important in obtaining your goals and it is usually overlooked and not implemented into your training. I will help teach you what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it.
